Tom Brady did something Sunday night that we’re not used to seeing – he went out on a football field and absolutely stunk up the joint in a 38-3 loss to the Saints and it didn’t even feel that close.

That 35-point defeat is the largest loss in Brady’s legendary career and it came on national television in front of millions of people who were hoping to wrap up a nice little weekend with a fun little football game featuring two of the best QBs to ever do it.

Instead, we got a stinker that was over at halftime when the Saints took a 31-0 lead into the break and Twitter was making jokes about a frustrated Brady.

Brady finished with just 209 yards, no touchdowns, and three interceptions, including a really ugly one on a fourth down in the third quarter.

That was his first 3-INT game since 2011.

Brady also had a dreadful passer rating of 40.4.

Here’s some more bad history for Brady – this was the Bucs’ second loss to the Saints this year and it is the first time in Brady’s career that he’s been swept by a team in his division in the regular season.

Brady was supposed to come out and light it up with his weapon, Antonio Brown, making his debut with the Bucs. Brown, however, only had three catches for 31 yards and was never a factor.

Brady and the Bucs now sit a game behind the Saints in the race for the NFC South title.

You have to think the GOAT will bounce back, but man, that was an absolute stinker on Sunday night.
