Murray only received 7 minutes of rest in Game 6, which could be a factor that played into him feeling considerably sore.
What would it mean for the Nuggets if Jamal Murray sat out Game 7?
Murray has been the Nuggets’s primary offensive threat from the perimeter and also orchestrates the offense along with Jokic when he is on the court. Almost all plays run through Murray and Jokic.
Without Jamal, Gary Harris would have to step up , along with rookie Michael Porter Jr. as they will have to light it up from beyond the arc and draw fouls by driving into the paint at a much higher volume.
Jamal Murray was not present on the injury list for tonight so Nuggets fans can rest easy as it is very likely Murray suits up tonight.
