Val Kilmer Throat Tumor: Actor Is Undergoing Tests for Possible Tumor

Val Kilmer was reportedly rushed to the hospital on Monday night after he began bleeding from the throat due to a suspected tumor.

Val Kilmer, 55, was taken to UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica on Monday where doctors performed surgery on a suspected throat tumour, TMZ reports.

The Santa Monica Fire Department confirmed to People magazine that a man was taken to hospital from his address after someone contacted the emergency services on Monday night.

TMZ reports the actor told the judge he was unable to speak at that time because his tongue was swollen.

There has been no comment on the reports from the actor’s agent.

Val Kilmer recently lost a small court battle to reclaim $5,000 from a security deposit on a Malibu mansion after wallpapering over the property’s kitchen cabinets.
