Skydivers Play The Most Unbelievable Game Of Quidditch You’ll Ever See.

A short film uploaded to YouTube a couple of weeks ago shows several skydivers playing the “Harry Potter”-inspired game while falling from thousands of feet above the Earth.

According to multiple reports, Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá, a telecommunications company in Colombia, produced the video, in which it sent the skydivers up with a couple of brooms, a quaffle and a hoop. They proceeded to play a short game before they landed.

The original YouTube video garnered more than 300,000 views and more than 900 likes. The Independent shared the video on its own Facebook page, and from there the clip took off with more than 9 million views, nearly 100,000 likes and more than 130,000 shares on social media.

Quidditch was a sport featured in J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter” novel series, and later the film adaptations. It involves players riding broomsticks, and features four balls, including the Golden Snitch, whose capture will immediately end the game.
