Manchester United boss Mourinho goes into Sunday’s Manchester City showdown on a high after masterminding a Champions League victory over Juventus on Wednesday.
Sanchez was seen clutching his thigh as he hobbled off the pitch in Turin, sparking fears he may miss the derby match through injury.
Lukaku, meanwhile, has struggled for Manchester United this season and missed wins over both Juventus and Bournemouth through injury.
Mourinho has now opened up on both players ahead of the derby.
And the United boss insists that they have no injuries from the Juventus match – and that Lukaku may be fit in time for the City encounter.
“No new injures,” Mourinho told MUTV.
“So from Juventus we don’t bring important injuries.
“We have touches but I don’t think any player that was available for Juventus will be out.
“We have a chance – It is Friday morning now – that Lukaku could be back.”
He then added: “Lukaku is training with the team this morning.
”If the answer is positive and we have of course one more session tomorrow, if the answer is positive he is ready but he trains with the team I don’t know his answer.”
Meanwhile, Nemanja Matic has backed United to rival Manchester City despite Pep Guardiola’s side looking formidable.
“I expect a very difficult game,“ he told the club’s official website.
”They are a very good side, they play good football, they score a lot of goals in every game, but we also have our qualities which we have to use.
“We have to stop them in their attacks, there is a way to do it and the manager knows that.
“We will prepare for the game.
“I expect a hard game but, in a derby, everything is possible, and we will be ready for that.”
United won 3-2 at the Etihad last season.
Sanchez registered two assists that day as a Paul Pogba brace and Chris Smalling goal gave them all three points.
