Celtic take on Livingston at the Almondvale Stadium on Sunday, just days after toppling RB Leipzig in a terrific midweek Europa League clash.
The Hoops beat the German giants 2-1 after Kieran Tierney scored an early opener, then Odsonne Edouard bagged the winner 14 seconds after Jean-Kevin Augustin’s equaliser.
Boss Brendan Rodgers will be tempted to stick with the same side to keep the momentum flowing despite just three days between the games.
Rodgers’ options are also restricted due to six injured Celtic stars who will remain out this weekend.
Captain Scott Brown remains sidelined with a troublesome knee problem, though will slot back into the team as soon as he is ready.
Nir Bitton, Olivier Ntcham, Leigh Griffiths are also out of the Livingston clash, while Eboue Kouassi is out for the season.
Winger Daniel Arzani suffered a horrendous blow on his debut last week after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament, ruling him out until the start of the 2019/20 campaign.
The good news for Rodgers is that Kristoffer Ajer has returned to the fold in the last couple of weeks, and has regained match fitness ahead of the Livingston game.
The 20-year-old Norweigan ace missed a month of action but has shown no signs of rust during his recent appearances.
Ajer regularly started games before his injury problems, though he has been forced to settle for substitute cameos in the last few games.
Predicted Celtic team vs Livingston
(4-3-3) Gordon; Lustig, Benkovic, Boyata, Tierney; Christie, McGregor, Rogic; Forrest, Edouard, Sinclair.
