Roger Federer begins the tournament with hope he can win his 100th career title.
The 37-year-old takes on Kei Nishikori for the tenth time.
The match will take place at 8pm on Sunday night.
The pair faced off last month in the Paris Masters quarter-finals and Federer won. He also beat the Japanese star at the Shanghai Masters.
ATP World Tour finals Schedule
Doubles gets things underway on Sunday at 12pm as Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares take on Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus.
Despite losing at Wimbledon, Murray and Soares lead head to head meetings have won at Washington and Rome.
Next up at 2pm on Sunday is Kevin Anderson and Dominic Thiem.
The South African has beaten Thiem six times in the eight times they’ve met this season.
The evening’s tennis starts at 6pm as Juan Sebastian Cabal and Roberto Farah face Nikola Mektic and Alexander Peya in doubles action.
Federer vs Nishikori finishes Sunday’s proceedings at 8pm.
Monday’s tennis os opened by Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut who take on Oliver Marach and Pate Pavic.
Next up is the singles as Alexander Zverev takes on Marin Cilic.
At night Lukasz Kubot and Marcelo Melo play Mike Bryan and Jack Sock. The match marks a rematch of the US Open final where the All-American duo beat them in straight sets.
Djokovic vs Isner rounds things off at 8pm.
