Mom Calls Cops on 'Disrespectful' 10-Year-Old - Watch

A Georgia Mom whose 10-year-old son was misbehaving used the help of Cops to get him back on track.

Chiquita Hill seems to have taken a page from Toya Graham, the Baltimore mother who was seen on TV grabbing her teenage son and slapping him while pulling him away from the riots.

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reported that the Columbus mother was so tired of her 10-year-old son son being disrespectful at school, so she called the police, documented her son’s “arrest” with photos, and posted them on Facebook.

“They put him in handcuffs and were loud and he didn’t have time to react,” Hill told the paper. “They put him in the car and let him sit and think about it. Then they went back to the car and one of the officers got in and flashed the lights and started driving just a few inches.”

Needless to say, the experience left the little guy shaken.

Hill says she loves her children but was “trying to get a point across to my son if you want to be disrespectful and you want to be rude, this is what happens when bad people do bad things. There are consequences for everything.”

“Everyone has their own parenting style…This was mine, and it worked,” Hill wrote on her Facebook page under the name Jada Powell. “I am nipping the problem before it gets to the point like the Baltimore mother and her son. Although I do understand what she is feeling because that’s her only son, I REFUSE to let my son get that far.”

Love it. Kids have no respect these days.

Respect?? The officers are teaching this child to fear them, not respect them. Bad call.

I agree, you should not fear the police, at least not in the way we fear them as of late. After all, they are suppose to keep the peace not take it away. But in this case I don’t think the mothers intention was to instill fear of the police but show that if you “truly” do something wrong, the results of ones actions are not always just a slap on the wrist.
I believe that the human race has lost its ability to believe in a higher power. That higher power that has the ability to make us suffer the consequences of our actions. It doesn’t matter…Mom, Dad, God, Teachers, Police, the giant troll that lives in the attic…. When you lose the ability to believe that there is someone or something greater than yourself you lose respect for life in general. There is a right kind of fear we all should feel. That goes for mom, dad, teachers, police, clergy, politicians…they too need to BELIEVE.
No belief – no fear! No fear – no respect! No respect – nowhere to go but down!
