Floyd Mayweather beats Andre Berto over 12 rounds to finish career unbeaten.

Floyd Mayweather did exactly what Floyd Mayweather does, controlling the distance and earning a decision win over Andre Berto Saturday night.

Mayweather, who announced that the fight would be the final one of his illustrious career, improved to 49-0. He retained the WBA (Super), WBC and The Ring welterweight titles by defeating Berto, who was the WBA interim champion coming in.

“Money” finally fought long-time rival Manny Pacquiao earlier this year, defeating the fellow legend via decision. Each of his last seven victories have gone to the distance since a fourth round knockout win over Victor Ortiz in 2011.

Rocky Martinez and Orlando Solido fought to a split draw in the co-main event, while Babou Jack defeated Georges Groves via split decision for the WBC Super middleweight belt. Also, Jonathan Oquendo earned a majority decision over Jhonny Gonzalez.
