LSU vs. Texas A&M - Week 14 : One last look

LSU vs. A&M: One last look, the Texas A&M Aggies host the LSU Tigers in the first game of the final week of SEC football in the 2014 College Football season.

The Aggies are well rested after a rough loss to the Missouri Tigers two weeks ago, and now are seeking revenge for their home loss with a win over a different group of Tigers. QB Kyle Allen has been impressive since taking over for suspended QB Kenny Hill, and is expected to remain the starter for the next game. But with the team already mathematically eliminated from the SEC Championship, right now the Aggies are jockeying for their 8th win of the season so they can head into their bowl game on a high note.

The LSU Tigers are coming off back-to-back embarrassing offensive performances that have resulted in two losses, dropping them from 7-2 to a mere 7-4, and knocking them out of the top 25 in the process. The offense has scored only 23 points in the last three games combined, and let the Arkansas Razorbacks get their first SEC win in two years. Much like the Aggies, the Tigers led by head coach Les Miles and QB Anthony Jennings are trying to improve their standings in the SEC and head to the December bowl month with momentum.

Prediction: Texas A&M – The Aggies defense has typically played better at home this season, which will be helpful against an LSU team that only has one win in an opposing team’s stadium this season. For most of the season the Aggies have been able to put up monster numbers, whether it be with Kenny Hill or Kyle Allen. Head coach Kevin Sumlin will put together a good offense in this game and serve the Aggies some Tiger for Thanksgiving dinner
