LaRon Landry’s Arms Appear Even Larger – Picture

LaRon Landry's Arms - Picture : How Did LaRon Landry's Arms Get So Huge?

LaRon Landry’s Arms Are Bigger Than Ever, Former Redskins safety has built the physique of a comic book hero during his time in the NFL, morphing from a reckless big hitter in his early years (‘Dirty 30′) into a gym-selfie god (#LaRoning).

LaRon Landry, who probably eats barbells, played one season for the Jets in 2012, and he even earned a Pro Bowl bid once it was over. He’s also the younger brother of Dawan Landry, another former Jets safety who’s now a free agent.

LaRon Landry has long been known to work on his physique—his teammates in Washington once nicknamed him “Iron Man”—but in the two years since he left the Jets, Landry’s job with the Colts has been less about football than about just plain getting jacked.

First, there was this photo from a couple of years back. But Friday brought us the image you see below. Landry’s the dude on the left, in case you couldn’t tell. I mean, seriously:

LaRon Landry suspended 10 games for PED violation

The NFL has suspended LaRon Landry for 10 games due to a violation of the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy, according to multiple media reports.

A second offense is an automatic 10-game suspension. He was suspended four games in September. A third offense is a minimum two-year ban.

This makes it unlikely Landry, a free agent, will be signed in the near future.

The Colts cut Landry on Feb. 11 in a move that saved $2.25 million in salary cap space. He played better after his suspension but never appeared all-in since arriving in Indianapolis with a four-year, $24 million deal in 2013. He came to the Colts with a reputation for being strong against the run but was routinely burned downfield in pass coverage.

Landry, a first-round draft pick of the Washington Redskins, played 23 games with the Colts in his two seasons, making 144 tackles.
