Kylie Jenner Admits to 15-Pound Weight Gain, Teen Star has taken to Instagram to detail how her body has changed. Following her older sister Khloe Kardashian’s inspiring body transformation reveal, the 17-year-old reality star shares she’s gained 15 pounds.

“Throwback to when I was 15 pounds skinnier & had a little blonde goin on,” she wrote alongside the photo.

How to gain weight the healthy way

Gaining weight is sometimes tougher than weight loss but certainly not impossible. According to nutritionist Neha Chandna, ‘Weight loss is easier at times as it requires portion control, but weight gain is a slower process – you can lose up to 1 kg/week but adding 1 kg/week may be tedious.’

‘Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day,’ she adds.
