High Schooler Defends Blind Kid from Bully, Reportedly Gets Suspended.

Video has surfaced of a brawl that erupted after a student started punching a blind boy, who was then rescued by another teen who punched the bully.

The scuffle occurred at Huntington Beach High School in California during lunch break. The video was posted Wednesday to YouTube. It shows a boy punching another boy, who has his hands up in defense around his face but is not returning hits. The Daily News reports the boy being attacked is blind.

It looks like the attacker was winding up to throw another punch when a third teen knocks him to the ground. He then walks over to the blind teen and asks, “Are you OK, Austin?”

The bully can be seen bleeding from his face as he is helped up by other classmates. The violent episode has many hailing the boy who came to the defense of his blind classmate as a hero. District officials said they are investigating the incident and have a zero-tolerance policy about bullying.

“Huntington Beach High School firmly believes that all students are afforded an opportunity to learn in a safe and secure environment. Because of this, safety is the highest priority,” the school district said in a statement provided to the Daily News. “Huntington Beach High School has a very strong anti-bullying code of conduct and will not condone this type of behavior from any student.”

“Are you trying to f*cking jump a blind kid, bro?” the student asks the attacker as he’s lying on the ground. He then warns him if he tries it again, “I will f*ck you up.”

  • Stephen Paraski

Hurray for the big kid. And John R, you should represent for free.

  • Umpire_Sam

They kicked the “hero” off of the football team. and did zero to the punks filming the encounter who thought it was

sam , are you still around? Have your husband give you an enema , you’ll feel better, you know not so cranky

  • Umpire_Sam

here is betting that zuckerberg does not offer the hero a schlorship and Obama does not invite the football player to the whitehouse

    • j_verria

what’s this have to do with the Obama or Zuckerberg dude. Why can’t u just praise the kid for doing the right thing? Sounds like yu have your own issues to deal with..

      • Mo Fo

because Obama constantly injects himself into news stories where he has no business other than to incite hatred.
Obama NEVER injects himself to defend or attend a murdered Police Officer’ s funeral only those of thugs/cop killers Obama happens to agree with
Then when the table is turned on Obama then fools like you questions why?

Glad someone had the gumption to defend the blind boy and the rest are idiots and cowards for just standing around and watching. I notice the bully was afraid to get up after he got knocked on his ass!

at these times on earth even our children are subject to peer pressure, but bullying a disabled student, was not the right thing, the boy that stepped in, should be a hero, in my book, i praise the guy who stopped the bullying, but even that the “bully” is most likely a victim of an abusive family environment. it stems from somewhere.?

    • Mo Fo

Democrats invented this society where we beat disabled kids and reward anyone who defends them.
The coward in the White House is pleased we have such infighting…
      never waste a good crisis….

Buy a dictionary you creepy child raping fool

  • joethecarpenter

funny how how the school says we have zero tolerance about bulling, because safety is the highest priority ! Well where was the Teachers

  • Jerrie Dean

The kids are told to go tell a teacher or go to the admin office and tell them what is going on and wait for them to get there to stop it and not get involved. I’m sorry, sometimes you have to get involved and this is a perfect example of it. Bet you the bully learned a much needed lesson.

These Democrats do this stuff all the time.
