Daycare 'fight club' : Two former workers face charges - Watch

Two daycare employees were charged with child abuse for allegedly running a “fight club” involving children under their supervision.

Erica Kenny and Chanese White, are accused of encouraging children aged 4 to 6 years old to fight each other for their amusement and Kenny is accused of filming the fights and sharing the video on Snapchat.

That footage may be the most damning piece of evidence in the case.

According to prosecutor Michael Sheets on the video clips Kenny can be heard urging the children to fight each other and using the phrase “Fight Club” while the video also captures the fights themselves.

Approximately a dozen boys and girls at the daycare center can be seen in the video clips shoving each other to the ground and attempting to strike each other, he said.
Of course absurdity of the situation and pop culture references aside, if the allegations are true it’s no laughing matter, particularly for rightfully concerned parents who probably expected that shelling out for daycare would mean their kids were in the hands of childcare professionals, or at least not total assholes Snapchatting them fighting for sport.

The two women have been charged with fourth-degree child abuse and Kenny has also been charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
