Cop orders woman to sit in hot car after leaving dog inside

A Cop in Strongsville, Ohio, made a woman sit in a hot car so she could see what it felt like for her dog, according to a local police blotter.

According to WOIO, the officer said when the owner returned to the car, he ordered her to sit in the hot vehicle with the doors closed and windows rolled up. According to the officer, the woman was fine when she got out, but did look uncomfortable.

She got off with a warning but was advised she could face charges if caught doing it again. The dog, which was left sitting in a Nissan Sentra, was fine.

An animal lover made the 911 call from Walmart on April 12; the high temperature was about 65 degrees Fahrenheit that day.
