Adam Levine Rips Taylor Swift : Levine Slams Swift on Spotify Issue But Blake Shelton Defends Her

Despite their friendly chemistry during Taylor Swift’s guest advisor on the 7th season of “The Voice,” Adam Levine had some harsh opinions of the “Blank Space” songstress during a recent interview with BuzzFeed.

Just recently, Levine was asked about what he thought of Swift’s controversial pullout of her music from Spotify, and what he said was obviously a jab at the “Blank Space” singer, Hollywood Life reported.
“Music is for everyone. I don’t care how anybody obtains it as long as they get it and enjoy and love it,” the Maroon 5 frontman stated, as quoted by Hollywood Life. “Music should be able to be wherever it is. That’s how I feel.”

“Adam emphasized that as long as consumers are ‘supporting the artist in some way,’ they should be able to access music how they choose,” Hollywood Life noted.

Swift previously served as a key advisor to each of the coaches during the seventh season of “The Voice.” During her brief appearance on the show, Swift and Levine were often exchanging playful banters with each other. The 24-year-old country singer-turned-pop superstar also once teased Levine “about his aversion to show tunes,” Hollywood Life added.

As soon as someone quotes Hollywood Life about anything, all credibility goes out the window! “Rips” “Slams” click bait…and then you realize the person who wrote this has a junior high mentality. Its an opinion, his opinion. Blake has one, Taylor has one. I guess the board of Sony is “ripping” Adam when they issued a statement saying Taylor has made them rethink how they feel about the viability of Spotifys business model and if they can support a platform that has just 25% paying customers And is not conveting the rest to a paid tier.
